Everything you need to know before placing your Pabili. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us anytime.

What is Pabeeli?

Pabeeli is a personal shopping and delivery service in Cebu City. We shop at Carbon Market on your behalf and deliver fresh produce, seafood, meat, and other market items straight to your doorstep.

What does “pabili” mean?

“Pabili” is a Filipino word meaning “please buy this for me.” Pabeeli is built around this concept—we shop for you at Carbon Market and deliver your order to you.

When will my Pabili be delivered?

Confirmed Pabili orders are delivered the next day. Orders placed on weekends may be delivered on the next available delivery day.

What if I cannot find the item I need?

You can submit a custom item request during checkout. Describe the item or upload a photo, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.

Are the prices shown in the catalog final?

Prices in the catalog are updated whenever market prices change. The price displayed in the catalog is always the latest available price at the time you place your Pabili.

How do I track my Pabili?

Every Pabili receives a unique ID. You can use it on the Track Pabili page to check the latest status of your order.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can place a Pabili as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you view your Pabili history and check out faster next time.
