About Our Service

Pabeeli is a personal shopping service based at Carbon Market, Cebu City. We purchase fresh produce, seafood, meat, and other market goods on your behalf and arrange for their delivery to your address.

We act as a middleman between you and the market vendors. We do not manufacture or produce any goods — all items are sourced directly from Carbon Market.

Ordering Process

• All orders are placed through our website and reviewed by our team via Facebook Messenger before being confirmed.
• Prices shown in our catalog are market prices and may change based on daily availability. Your final total is confirmed after order review.
• Quotation requests are estimates only and are not binding until converted to a confirmed order.

Payment

• A 50% downpayment is required once your order is approved by our team. Payment instructions will be sent via Facebook Messenger.
• The remaining balance is settled upon delivery.
• We accept GCash and other payment methods as communicated by our team.
• Orders will not be processed until downpayment is confirmed.

Delivery

• Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer and will vary depending on the courier used and your location.
• Delivery schedules depend on market hours and item availability. Our team will communicate an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before downpayment without any charge. Contact us immediately via Facebook Messenger or phone.
• Once items have been purchased from the market, cancellation is no longer possible and the downpayment is non-refundable.
• If an item is unavailable at the market, we will notify you and offer a substitute or adjust the total accordingly.
• In cases of incorrect or damaged items caused by us, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
• You must be reachable via phone or Facebook Messenger during order processing for any clarifications.
• Do not use our service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Pabeeli shall not be held liable for:

• Natural variations in the quality, size, or weight of fresh market produce, which are inherent to fresh goods.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.
• Unavailability of specific items at the market on a given day.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
